“So glad this service is available online. Love the chat feature with doctors. I dont think I would have ever had the courage to go to an in person dr for this, so I'm very thankful that I can do it online.”
“The provider has listened to my concerns. I needed help since the passing of my husband and now I can function with others around. I feel that I’m on the right track to healing.”
“When relocating from NYC to Los Angeles, I was very concerned about leaving my psychiatrist of 4 years. It was extremely difficult to find the Brightside ended up being one the most convenient option for me by far.”
“My psychiatrist is amazing and so attentive. I never have to wait long if I need to speak to my psychiatrist about any matters concerning me. My prescribed medication works well and arrives to my home on time every month.”
“Love the virtual check-in questions so I can see my progress, love that my doctor is available for messages or video conferencing, love the meds showing up in my mailbox without any effort from me...I LOVE Brightside! Thank you for creating this awesome service!”
“It can be hard for people with depression to find the motivation to go through the normal process of finding a doctor and setting appointments around work and other things. Your process was quick and easy and had me on the path to recovery much faster than would have been otherwise.”
“My initial psych evaluation and interview was excellent and thorough .Dropped the ongoing cog. And behavioral therapy. I’m 68 years old and don’t find behavioral therapy that helpful. I’m having a lot of problems w my family right now and suffer from a lot of guilt and worry. I started your self taught lessons and then you changed them and I haven’t yet started them back up. Again, if they are BEHAVIOR related I doubt they will help much. I’m not sure 95 dollars a month plus meds is worth the money although the meds do help me cope. I expected some to contact me in person for at least 5 minutes not just fill out a blooming survey. Thanks.”
“Don’t get why I’m paying 100 dollars a month for y’all to tell me I’m still messed up 3 times a month. I feel that an initial payment of that is ok, but for every month after, it should be lowered or catered to the level of guidance they receive.”
