“Brightside was one of the few therapist/psych doctors that was accepting new patients. Brightside is liking getting a tire fixed on a highway (in New Jersey) by whoever is available, but the tire should be checked out by someone reputable that you trust back home.”

“Brightside is a great service. It is very convenient; you can schedule your appointments online without needing to call or play phone tag with a front office. The schedules online are the therapists/psychiatrist's actual open appointments and they are readily available (you can get same week appointments). They are responsive to online messages you send which is so convenient and nice to have, especially with a psychiatrist and trying out meds or getting in to a bad spot.”
