“Dealing with a teenager with high anxiety and psychiatric issues it has been hard to make time for my own mental health. Brightside helps me fit my own care into my life. The app helps me remember to schedule and attend my appointments. The process is simple so even when my depression and anxiety try to tell me it's not worth it I can still pull thru and join my session. My providers are both awesome, I feel heard and understood. The app checkins, although I don't always complete them, remind me on a regular basis to stop and checkin with myself. I have a long way to go but brightside has definitely helped me start to take care of myself.”
“Convenient and easy to use. More options on Psychiatrists/Psychologists and available dates and times than another popular platform. It has you check in periodically in between appointments which is nice.”
“Brightside has helped me so much. My doctor, Kelli, is absolutely fantastic. She answers all of my questions quickly, she talks me through all of my concerns and reservations. The app has helped me so much in just a short period of time. I never knew life could be like this.”
“I enjoy working with the therapist and practitioner at Brightside. The sessions along with the practice lessons have helped me to begin to get my mental health needs met.”
“I feel so much better. Never thought I could feel this way again. 20 years of struggling made me think I would always be lost. I feel like when I was young. Thank you! I feel very confident in my Nurse Practitioners ability to accurately diagnose me.”
“You guys do a great job makin psychiatric care and therapy accessible. With that being said, some providers could be better looked into to ensure they really know what they’re doing.”
“Brightside is definitely helping. They offer an approach and techniques I have not encountered before. My therapist is excellent. My psych doc is fabulous.
I would only have one critique: considering those who use this treatment are likely not in the best state of mind at the start, some understanding and grace would be preferred as far as completing lessons, practices, and appointments.”
