"Worse Insurance Company Ever" absolute rip off, cancelled my insurance 9 days in, took the rest of the months money no chance of a refund, charged me £95 to cancel with them, asked them to send me a breakdown of what the £95 was for, still not received any email from them, would NEVER use them again and strongly advise no one else to!!!!

Worse company ever sent me a letter saying policy was cancelled on 25.8.23 so I made another policy with another insurance company then a month late I got another letter telling me if policy wasn't paid it would be be cancelled on 5.10.23 my understanding was the policy was cancelled in August rang them loads of ttimes then I received another letter asking for money that was owed I paid this in Sept 2023 then I got an email saying thank you for payment toward s your balance which made me query it they told me policy wax still active until 2024 I made it clear I want the policy cancelled in August 2023 as I have a new policy elsewhere they asked me to send them policy schedule which I then emailed them asking why they needed to see it as it was nothing to do with them I thought that the end if that then I received another email telling me that they can't cancelled until the see new policy schedule so I sent that to them they ema ne back saying I was due a refund if I could send bank details which I did to get refund back to me il just have to wait and see however I did state that if policy is not cancelled I will take legal action and sue company

I wanted to change vehicle details and it went up to 765 from 310 and car was smaller cc i cancelled and they gave me refund I asked do I owe anything else was told no .8 months later 250 bill for breaking contract. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CIWBOYS PLEASE

Not like other normal companies that may refund you for moving to a safer area (like actually my partner did) but charging admin fee for just a change.

Do not answer phone. 45 minutes on hold. I tried the claims line but they could not help me but said it would be at least 4 days for Antone to get back to me. Can’t log on to account. Can’t leave a message. Worst possible company to deal with. I have to take out a new insurance because I’m changing cars. I hope I can get a refund! What a dreadful lot to deal with.

What a company not all highway robbers wear masks, 6 months to go on my policy that I paid in full, so about £100 not used and they still charge me £24 to cancel, and no refund of policy, this is a joke if I had not done the right thing and said nothing it would have just expired and cost nothing.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my car insurance 6 months into my policy with Brightside due to having an unexpected seizure and not being able to drive. I paid £341.42 outright for my insurance and they offered me a refund of £22 for the remaining 6 months of my policy. Absolute con men!

Check out the plethora of bad reviews this company has got, on facebook page etc. My own experience has been bad, trying to get a refund of money they continued to take off me despite me cancelling a policy with them! It's stinks of a scam company but don't just take my word for it!
