Phone contact is preceded with a long preamble before ever getting to make service choice and finally a total disrespect for customer loyalty. Having had a n claims year with them the renewal request was for a 44% increase in annual premium. Wrote to ask for justification for increase, this was ignored with no response. Phone contact yielded a reduction in premium to a 23% increase over previous year. Search on Comparison website yielded a quote of which represented a 3.9% increase over previous year. So that's how they treat existing customers.
Hence AVOID at all costs.”
