“I have taken loads of these tinctures for over a year and they are fab! I particularly like Reishi at night to help wind down and Chaga in the morning gives me more energy. They have so many other life enhancing properties. I will always repurchase.”

“Always been very happy with the quality of the extracts from BF. Found them first at a festival a few years ago and been buying from them since. I have tried others, but they seem much weaker in comparisson so came back to BF. Whilst there are cheaper options, I do think that the quality here is at the top end of this sort of product. I have found the products helpful for my mental stability, clarity etc too.”
