“The two guys arrived promptly explained what they we're going to do and set up their gear. They were very quiet and tidied up after themselves. I am pleased with what they done 1and glad that the pigeons have taken the hint and gone to annoy someone else.”

“The 2 pest controllers we met (Joe and Chris) and the backroom contact and support were all absolutely first class. The quality of their work and attitude was totally professional and reassuring. We also appreciated their courtesy and understanding of the stress we were feeling because of rats in the loft. We recommend The Bristol Pest Controller without reservation and are happy for any potential customers to be referred to us for a conversation to confirm in person our deep satisfaction with the service we received.”

“I was very impressed by the service provided by the whole team in dealing with my rodent issue. They were very clear in what they were going to do, they kept me informed throughout, and were very helpful when I had questions. Best of all, they have resolved the issue quickly. “Rang on a Saturday morning and had a visit at noon from Joe - a friendly, helpful and reassuring member of the team. By the next day the rat had apparently disappeared, but the subsequent visits and advice, plus checking for the point of entry, were particularly useful and I would certainly call them first if we ever have another problem. Always on time and texted when they were on their way - would recommend to anyone”

“Top class service, Speedily dealt with the problem. Horrendous weather and I was doubtful if the work would go ahead as it involved roofing. Turned up spot on time and the work was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Would have no hesitation of recommending them to anyone..”

“A really excellent service from Bristol Pest Control. Got an immediate reply from Giles when I phoned on a Saturday about a sudden infestation of flies in our kitchen. He assessed the problem, gave helpful advice over the weekend and arranged for a technician to attend first thing on Tuesday morning. Lauren arrived promptly, was pleasant, helpful and efficient and got the problem sorted very effectively. An absolute Godsend.”

“Just had my Solar panels pigeon proofed by the Bristol Pest Controllers. They've done a lovely neat job and we are very pleased with the workmanship. Very competitive quote too,half the price of what the firm that fitted my solar panels quoted too.!! Very easy company to deal with and turned up ready to start work bang on time. I would recommend them to anybody. First class work .👍”

“Sent an enquiry on Saturday morning not expecting an answer until Monday but got one within a few minutes. Arranged an appointment for Sunday. Had a text 30 minutes before visit with a tracker to follow journey of technician. Robert arrived, assessed the situation, advised the action he would carry out and proceeded. Very efficient service. He also advised on an additional issue whilst he was here. Would highly recommend The Bristol Pest Controller.”

“The service provided by The Bristol Pest Controller was excellent. Ian was very friendly, he gave lots of great advice and dealt with the problem really efficiently. He was friendly and shows a great level of consideration for the customer.
