“Ordered book to send to my sister in Dublin for her birthday. Was supposed to arrive between 13-18 and to date (25.09.21) has not arrived. Have started complaint with Amazon so if I can get my money back I will be pleased. I did not check the reviews before ordering as I thought that all would be 'safe' with Amazon!”

“I cancelled a payment for a book thinking my friend had not received her gift - when in fact she had! When I tried to rectify my mistake Btit Book advised I could keep the volume free of charge as a goodwill gesture. That gets five stars in my book!”
