“I actually think Britannia rose as designers / proprietors of fabric are great! The order turnaround takes a long time, but the majority of their stock is made to order, so that makes sense. I’m leaving the review for a different reason.
After purchasing a set of curtains (which were very nice curtains, mind you) I was prompted to leave a review on their website, and did so. I was then prompted to leave a second review on trust pilot. This was accompanied by a promise of a “free tote bag” along with my trust pilot review. After leaving the review, I never received a follow up email in regards to my free tote bag. After sending several emails, and making several unanswered calls enquiring as to where my free tote bag was, I gave up.
Several months later, I continue to receive the same email: “leave a review on trust pilot to receive your free tote bag!” The fact I, after leaving a review, periodically receive this same email, with such blatant false advertising is… well… unreservedly tacky.

I have used them several times to supply curtains and each time their product was perfect. The process is made easy by a well crafted website which enables you to search for, select and order the chosen fabric quickly and accurately. The fabrics are renewed regularly and older ones discounted to clear. When the product arrives it is well packed, unfailingly the right size, and usually accompanied by a free cushion to match. What's not to like? In this day and age, old fashioned values of service and integrity prevail. I have never needed a refund. I commend them to you.”

Ordered fabric and paid express delivery ( 3/5 working days). A bit of a rip off to pay extra for quick delivery as it looks like it will take 10/14 days.
Very frustrating and tried to cancel but customer service advised l only had 24hrs to cancel.
Please avoid if you expect to receive your goods within the delivery time as stated by Britannia rose.”
“I didn't receive half my order from Britannia Rose. After several emails with the customer service (theres no phone number), they said they'd investigate and then promptly ignored all my emails. It's been three months waiting for my expensive cushion covers. I now have to try and recover the money from my credit card. I'm appalled at their customer service, and feel i have been a victim of a scam.”
“Failed to communicate that there was material supply issue. I had to contact them 3 times weeks into the order. Their site inducated that the status of the order was progressing, but it was not. Even when they said the material had turned up (and I only have their word on that) it still took weeks to deliver. Three and a half months in all for some very ordinary curtains. Meanwhile they've used our money to expand their production and advertised it to me! no discount, not offers, just "well you can cancel and we'll give you your money back" :(”
“I am writing this review before I receive my curtains, that is assuming they eventually turn up. I have been told my curtains were part ready three weeks ago and that they should be finished a week ago. I have sent three emails but have had no response. As you do not offer a telephone number this is the only communication available to a customer and so frustrating if you do not respond . I will wait another few days and should they arrive I will write another review on their quality then. However your customer service needs investigating and immediate steps for improvement taken.”
