“Installed the Brite Deck with the help of a mate. Really easy to lay and looks great, easy to clean especially with the 2 dogs tramping all over it. Great customer service when ordering and quick delivery.”

“My experience with Brite Deck has been poor to say the least. The warranty isn't worth the paper it’s written on. I have had the product for less than a year now and it looks 10 years old. The boards do not match and have rough edges which I was told to sand back myself as the product is still fit for purpose. This product has been installed in a brand new house and looks awful. I will be ripping it up and throwing it out. Everyone that comes to the house comments on how poor the decking looks and even ask if they are second hand boards. Photos don't lie.”

“Very good customer service. Friendly people. Be aware of colour samples. My Merbau lightened up considerably. This was not my preference as I was covering concrete path between existing timber decks and the sample was a much closer match. In full sun the composite really lightened up. It still looks good and is a quality product.”

“Used Brite decking product for corner seat frame. No problem with product, however I wish Brite decking would have solid edge boards as an option as this was top screwed fixed and routing boards to make fascia boards work is lot more work.”

“Great product, excellent service, delivered on time, lighter than other products, very good price...would use again!! For customers I would suggest getting full length boards if you can, especially for a smaller decking area as butt joins do not look good at all, unless you have a full breaker board separating the areas. It is worth the wastage to get full length boards”

“I'm very pleased with my decking project. I replaced the merbau boards with SOLID XS composite boards. The quality of the boards is excellent and the cutting to size was not as difficult as I imagined it would be. Thank you Justin for excellent customer service. “I really liked the solid series however it seems like the pattern on the surface disapeared after few deck wash. Still the good look but lost fine details. The sale experience was annoying because of the sales person.”

“I had dramas with the screws supplied snapping. Zero help offered by their tech support person. Very disappointing considering the job cost me nearly $5k to buy. I had to drill holes in boards and mount them the old way. Not the look I was chasing at all. Quite disappointing”

“I resently bought some decking boards from Brite after couple weeks of searching online and visiting few suppliers. I found that Brite's price, quality and the service are the best of all.
