I would not recommend Brite Decking for several reasons; I was sent screws to suit metal frame but asked for wood screws, after letting sales boss know I was told the screws were being fast post that afternoon and they weren't. After getting tradie to do find other things to do as we had no screws. I decided to change design a bit, more boards were required so decided to pick up the boards and the screws which were never sent. After picking up boards and screws I got a call from depot to tell me the boards I had picked up were not BAL 29 rated as requested so I had to return to depot and swap boards. After returning home found screws and clips to be poor quality as head kept stripping on them, the 3mm gap recommended for BAL 29 boards is impossible to achieve on anti creep clips. After ringing Lu in sales again I was told these clips weren't necessary, contrary to video. After purchasing more screws the builder did the best job he could with a difficult product to work with, taking longer to do with more cost. The builder and I agree we would never use Brite again!

Delivery delays and side deals with the contractor without my consent. A bit disappointed.

Initially Brite Decking couldn't do enough at point of sale but then when it came time for me to installing the decking boards, the fixings were significantly short and the decking boards had discoloured - I dropped in samples of the discolour boards and the plastic the boards were wrapped in. Also, I went to pick-up the fascia boards I had ordered and received no assistance loading my UTE - the young worker was too interested in his Cell phone than assisting me with loading my UTE!! I haven't heard anything since!! NOT HAPPY!!

Had multiple problems with this product, the supplied screws were cheap and keep breaking. The end caps don't attach correctly, leaving gaps. Scratches easily and had a board that was 2mm short in width which threw out the whole deck. Customer service regarding these problems was non existent. I had to purchase extra screws and fittings to make the deck work. I would not purchase this product and wished I hadn't.

The product is great, however, 2 planks were obviously from a different batch. This wasn't a problem as we had luckily over ordered, therefore, it was unnecessary to use these. I am particularly happy with the actual colour and product. However, delivery has not been as I would have expected from a company such as yours. The first (and what should have been the only) delivery was on time and I thought complete until we commenced the job. Turned out that 7 bullnose planks were not included. After contacting Brites I was led to believe the missing planks would be delivered 1 week later. However, only 5 turned up. This was unsatisfactory as we were waiting on 7 to finish the job. As I write this, the job is concluding today and we are still short 2 planks. When they finally arrive the builder will have to return (a 1 hour trip) to satisfactorily complete the job. I am sure this is not the kind of feedback you want about your business.

boards still creep even when using the teeth blocks, the planks are not uniform width and the end caps are useless as they fall in, then they fall out "need to be glued in"

Buying the product was not difficult. When I wanted to change the order from pick up to delivery it took 6 phone calls to speak to a person. For a national company, the service is appalling. I would also suggest taking the delivery cost into account when buying it. It adds in heaps.

We chose this brand because of the dark rich toned brown colour, but the boards looks faded and completely dull. Every single person who has visited our house, has pointed out the boards look so old and faded , like we used old boards. The sales person said this is a dark chocolate brown, but it is no where close. Even though we go ta small sample home, it looks like the sample did not show the poor surface colour and finish of the boards.

Ordered and paid a substantial deposit for Limewash 2.0 and we were promised by Luigia that it would be held for us as was being run out. We received Limewash 3.0 instead that we consider a less attractive product. Boards were very dirty when delivered and are not easy to clean. We can't get the mould (in particular) off them. They stain badly and stains seem to be ingrained. We had advised friends that we thought Brite was a good product but now advise them to use Trex or Modwood.

Got 100 square mètres when I ordered 75 m2. Your mistake. I gave 25 m2 standing in my driveway which I do not need. I would like it to be collected and credited no freight as it is your mistake. Thank you

Decking was installed in accordance with your Specs but we find planks constantly moving back & forth due to expansion/contraction. Most importantly the product is extremely difficult to clean. We have to spend hours using a scrubbing brush & high pressure spray. Would not recommend.

Need better fasteners. The weak points on your product are your screws. They are too weak. The heads snap off under tension

I had dramas with the screws supplied snapping. Zero help offered by their tech support person. Very disappointing considering the job cost me nearly $5k to buy. I had to drill holes in boards and mount them the old way. Not the look I was chasing at all. Quite disappointing

We used this product during an incredible backyard transformation including 70sqm of decking ! Despite being quite competitively priced and having stunning good looks, the quality of this decking fell very short. The two most disappointing points being a) The shrinkage/ expansion factor (depending on weather) was hard to believe! My very experienced Carpenter had never seen anything like it in all his extensive composite board decking installs. And b) Walking on the product in summer is excruciating under foot. It is honestly hard to believe that this product is still being sold. Had I have know these two vital factors, I would not choose it again.
