“Deck looks great unfortunately screws were very poor quality .two thirds snapped off than had to pilot hole & screw in beside broken screw.screws may be suited to treated pine but not hardwood .maybe supply different screws for different timber’s .very time consuming for install.Cheers Peter Treasure (repeat client)”

“Just spent $15 000 on decking , great product, I'm happy with that part. But after $15000 I thought at least I would have got a hat or shirt or stubble cooler. Not too personal with the customer service...just sales only really. No photos yet , still building but lots of emails regarding when I was ready for payment. Mum....”

“The titanium boards were great. MY builder build the decking wonderfully well. The only problem was too many boards were delivered based on my accurate dimensions of the decking resulting in an oversupply of 15 Willow Oak boards and 4 fascia boards which Brite said they would not take them back even though Luigio said she would try to help but so far nothing has happened. Plus 3 boards were defective though we used some of the board that was ok. So all in all I am very disappointed in Brite not taking back the surplus boards and defective boards for credit.”

“When I tried to contact the person over the phone several times for tracking the order, he wouldn’t answer the call or reply to sms. So I wasn’t aware what’s happening to my order for two days. Once the order was submitted and payment done from that moment onward he wouldn’t answer anymore calls or messages. Seemed he stopped caring and stopped providing customer service after payment was completed.”

“Brilliant product, brilliant service. The only issue I had was not reading the small print in the invoice. I purchased $7000 of decking and paid $350 for delivery yet it is a requirement of this company that the customer off loads by hand as they state "not enough workers". Come on guys I paid good money for the product and delivery either get a truck that can lift or employ another worker, not good enough. I had fencing delivered by another company for half the price, they off loaded and placed the product. A real shame as Brite Decking was great to deal with.”

“Have recently purchased a large amount of Spotted Gum for a project in rural NSW…… All that could go wrong with this order did, from delayed delivery, different colour boards, missing boards, incomplete fixtures….. despite all Jason was always polite, but Mustafa in logistics saved the day. He was awesome in his constant updates and making sure all that was required to finish the job was completed.”

“Used Brite decking product for corner seat frame. No problem with product, however I wish Brite decking would have solid edge boards as an option as this was top screwed fixed and routing boards to make fascia boards work is lot more work.”
