“This is my second pair of braces, but these I notice come from the USA, and are marginally better than my original pair, in that they have some sort of lining material on the straps, and this resists slippage of the adjusting buckle during the day's wear and tear.”

“At last I've found the two Barces I needed. 1) To hold up my Kilt which is heavier than trousers and 2) Another to allow me to give a sign to those pesky security attendants at the airport when I pass through the scanner as it has plastic clips and adjusters. Well done British Braces, this shows you're thinking out of the box and for us Braces users.”

“Ordered braces on 29th June. They never arrived. Tried to contact company by email and phone but had no response. Eventually managed to get hold of someone but they just told me I had to wait to see if the braces posted 10 days ago turned up. Had to make a complaint to PayPal to try and get my money back. Would not use again . Terrible customer service”

We're sorry that you experienced problems and frustration with your order. Our Customer Services team are available from 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If an order sent goes missing we are required to follow the guidelines for the postal/courier service selected by the customer before we can make a claim or pursue a missing delivery. Royal Mail state a 1st class delivery isn't lost until 10 WORKING DAYS after dispatch. Customer Services would have been happy to work with you, if you'd not received your order after 10 working days, to replace or refund your missing orders.
