If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I placed an order for a pair of braces on 16 December. On 20 December I received an email to say the order had been dispatched, three working days after the order. It was sent with Royal Mail tracked 48. I checked the tracking number daily but Royal had yet to receive the package. I emailed British Braces on 24 December, 31 December and 3 January and had no reply. On 3rd January I received an email saying they hoped they were happy with the service and product and asked me to leave a review. I rang the customer services phone number several times and it went straight to answerphone. I left a message on 3rd January but it was not returned. On 3rd January Royal Mail emailed me to say they had received the package from British Braces and it would be delivered on 4th January. Today it arrived and as it is of no use to me now (it was a Christmas present) I refused delivery and asked for it to be returned to sender. On 4th January I rang the customer services number which again went to answerphone and left a message to say I had refused delivery. As yet this call remains unanswered. I run my own retail business and know that things can go wrong. But the level of customer service here is appalling and I will never do business with any of the Legend Group companies (British Braces, Savile Rogue) again.

Still not received my order placed 16/12/2023. I have sent 2 emails & tried calling several times, leaving 2 voicemails, but have still not received any update or contact from British Braces!

I have not got my order yet. It is well past Christmas and also I could have got 30% off if ordering now.

I placed an order on December 17th and still I've not received that order. I've written twice and now this is the third time and I've not had a reply. I can see a credit card reversal coming up any time now. Order No. is #21553. Please get this sorted.

I made an order on the 27th November, and it gave a tracking number on the 28th for 48 hour delivery. However it is still (20/12) showing as "The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail." I have emailed twice and messaged on the website once and had no reply. When I called, at 10:30, it went to answerphone.

No communication from the company about a return, asked for an exchange but nothing!! Haven’t even been refunded for the item. Sent many emails & made many phone calls. Did as requested to return within 30 days & unused. Have waited nearly two months now with no response. Will not be using this company again. Very poor on there customer service as there isn’t any!!

While the braces are good quality , the cost of postage is way too high. Took longer to arrive than my other orders that day which were either free or standard but was told by British braces on the phones it was the postal service delay 🤷🏻‍♀️

Over the years I have bought many pairs of bracers from British Braces and previously I have been very pleased with the products. However, this time the braces i received are weaker and not the high quality I have come to expect

The bracers were delivered on time, however, the description of heavy-duty clips is not accurate smaller than my dress trousers bracers and have very little strength not suitable for workwear. I have called 3x and emailed and NO replies.

They were the right colour that I needed and also were for a button fixture. As normal from previous purchases are of a good quality and well made. Should last a long time

I ordered a pair of braces 25th Sept 2023. I received notification that they were being delivered but they never arrived. When I checked the order my address was one that did not exist! I have contacted British braces by phone and email numerous times, but have not yet received a response.
