“The braces were as described, a bit thinner than I was expecting, which has pros and cons. My husband is not used to braces yet, so have nothing else to say about them. The customer service was very good and I was very pleased that when I rung to complain about some5hing, which turned out to be mine someone else’s error the lady I spoke to was courteous and ready to take responsibility.”

“Good service. Good products; exactly what I was looking for. Good value. By the way, if other customers are looking for suitable buttons try "Totally Buttons". I bought 12 black 20 mm buttons (ref. P3490) for under £5 delivered.”

“I am a golfer and need in wet weather to wear over trousers. For years I have never been able to stop these trousers from sagging downwards, and have tried various sets of belts and braces - without success. These braces are excellent: the grips are so strong. I am delighted with them. Wish I had discovered them years ago”

“Bought 4 pairs of work braces for the lads at work (coalmen) and they are over the moon with them as they are much more robust than the normal ones we get, great designs and no more expensive than our usual purchases. We will definitely be getting more from this company in the future.”

“These braces are great, I bought them to hold up my heavy duty jobman work trousers. The clips stay on perfectly even with the pockets full of screws & tools. No more 'builders bum'. Brill!”

“Most braces on the market in the UK now have plastic teeth which rapudly wear out. I have bought three pairs from John Lewis, and none lasted more than two months. You supply braces with metal teeth, although only for 50mm braces, and these are much more durable”
