Charged me 5 per item returned. WACK! Hope their 5 recycled graphics cause them to go outta business.

Hey, I was a little hesitant after seeing all these 1 star reviews, but was desperate for face masks and these actually looked pretty nice online (as nice as a face mask can look!)... so risked it. I have to say though, super happy with the product, fits perfectly and absolutely not issues with the quality. I did have to email their customer support team (not holding my breath for a response after some of these comments), but they came back the very next morning, very pleasant and helpful! I don't usually leave reviews, but didn't think it was fair the bad rep they have on here, but appreciate you can only comment on your experience. I personally will definitely shop there again.

I ordered one size fits most masks. Not only did they not fit my husband or grown sons, they don’t fit me - a small woman with a small head/face. I had several women friends try on the masks and they were too small for everyone. I spent $80 and Brixton won’t issue a refund.

What a disappointment this company is. Truly. After being gifted a beautiful hat that I was excited to wear, I reached out to customer service to exchange for the appropriate size. This is a brand new, unused item and I was informed there is absolutely no method available to exchange sizes. A simple exchange that any retailer can accommodate and they are absolutely unwilling to assist. I also attempted to call and discuss on the phone as I thought surely there was some misunderstanding, but they do not reply to call. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from them and will be sure to let everyone know that as well.

These people are a joke!!! instead of addressing the issue with over charging and charging me a restock fee, they send me a nasty email. Spend your money else where. They will steal and make up rules as they go along.

Don't shop here. Ordered womans hat and received a mans. Got email stating they refunded $14.11 of my $26.11. Are they kidding me. They are one of the WORST companies.

Fat man approached me and my friend (two nice little skinny ladies) and said we were being kicked out because we brought 1 seltzer. I will personally never go back there, he kept speaking on his radio as if we had been caught murdering someone. Shame on that man. Get a life bro.

Do not buy from this company. Will charge your card several times. I’ve sent several emails for them to contact me by phone (Not email) and they just won’t. They will email you back and claim everything is fine. Don’t waste your time with these guys

These folks are a scam My wife ordered a hat before Christmas with the The guarantee that it would be delivered on the 24th. She never heard from them again. There is no email regarding processing of the order. They charged my account the $75. I have tried several times to get a hold of your customer service via phone and now by email do not order from Brixton clothing line they are a scam

I had a couple of issues that I needed to address but their customer service department is impossible to reach. you can only email or leave a voice message, and get an automated response to your email. terrible customer service, I would never do business with them again.

Took 2 weeks to get order and right before shipping, after I had to contact them several times about order, they cancelled to items stating not in stock. Poor customer service or the lack there of. No email contacting me about delay. When I spoke to a person, she stated it was because of the holidays, Reallly,!!!! It was the 1st of December. Then she offered me free shipping on next order. That was no deal as most give free shipping anyway. I will NEVERRRRR shop with them again

Morley the clothing shop was horrible why would anyone want to bye anything from there I have never been treated so poorly it is a waste of my money
