“I wish i had read reviews before I ordered two hats from Brixton. I ordered two hats - different sizes so I could get right fit. One was way too big so I returned it but kept the other one. I finally did get a refund but with a huge “restocking fee” taken out of it. About $20 on a $70 hat. I won’t order from them again.”

“Edit - The company did in fact refund my money. Nearly 2 months later. I would like to say that the company is not a scam, it is however extremely incompetent. The way they handle business is completely unacceptable for any business. If you love this brand order it from a trusted retailer. If you order from the website expect delayed shipping if you order the wrong size expect your refund to be super delayed. I've been a huge supporter of this company throughout the years and they just lost a super fan. Check out these other reviews, this many people can not be wrong. If I were the owner of Brixton I would fire myself because let's face it, it all starts from the top.”

“My return was never received or processed, and I lost almost $200. Customer support was not helpful in resolving. As cute as their items are, customer beware.”
