I decided to try BroadBandBuyer.com to order three new Exos 16TB drives and I kindly asked them to package it well, and had it shipped next day DPD. Not only did they arrive the next day, but the packaging was fantastic. Each drive was encased in a plastic container, and each container was placed in a protective box, then all three boxes were placed in a larger box with padding all around. When I went to go plug the drives in, all three showed 0 hours of use. When I went to verify their warranty with Seagate, all three drives have full warranty until March 2029.
