“I bought a Winchester pump shotgun from a local sporting good store. It was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old son. He was so excited to shot it. The gun wouldn’t even load the shells or cycle the shells. I couldn’t get help from the local store and Browning was no help. I finally got ahold of their gun smith and took it to him. The gun was so messed up he couldn’t fix it. He had to ship it back to Browning. There as been no communication. And I still haven’t received the gun back. I’m upset Browning would let a gun go to the local store being so messed up. We had a hunt planned and couldn’t go. My son asks me everyday when we’re getting it back? I have no idea what to tell him? I also have to pay for the shipping cost. I guess I’m just frustrated with the whole thing.”
