But, i immediately sent a email to Customer Service and next day got a email with options to remedy the situation and we did and finally got my corrected size. “I really like both brushes, but especially the "40". The only thing I will say is that I'm still unable to curl my hair at the bottom (perhaps my hair is too shotrt still) even though I've watched all the videos. I'm still learning how to make my hair look the way I want it to. Otherwise, the brush is excellent and easy to use.”
