“I have very fine hair ,I don’t find it easy to use at all ! It seems to just cause static to my hair ! it looks shinier and softer if I just let it dry by itself once I put the brush in it, just causes it to be fly away! I will try it again before I give it away and they’re not cheap for the price not worth it around brush and a hairdryer would probably do the same thing.. i’m really not sure what the big hoot is about it”

“The brush is just an average one, after I used it my hair looked frizzy and somewhat like burned ends. I had to use one of my own hair oil to finish the look, it doesn’t seem that to have any infused oil. I just had an haircut 2 weeks ago so I expected that with the help of this brush I’ll look as I just came out of a salon. Disappointed!”
“Kinda disappointed I thought it would give a tighter curl. I have thin hair and was told it would work good. A regular curling iron gives me more curl.”
“I really have no comments at this point as I have sent brush back because it is too big for my hair. I was told there was smaller brush & I could return the brush & I would be sent smaller brush to try. I have heard nothing. I returned the brush on 9/21 and have heard nothing as of today
Please let me know if u have received brush which o sent by UPS & will I receive new smaller brush or refund?

“I loved my first BRUSH but, as other people have said, the bristles fall out after about 6 months. Tried repeatedly contacting them but no response! Ashamed to say I liked the product so I bought the larger size in hope it doesn't do the same thing. Very upset with customer service. Would certainly have appreciated a response.”
