Does the job well. I tried to make my own ruck pack, but various muscles were always sore. This keeps the weight up near my shoulders. I liked the idea of weight bags vs a plate. Would be an improvement if there was one designed for women--the belt strap doesn't tighten enough, and I'm a size 18!--and the shoulder straps cut in a bit but nothing that stops me from wearing. I only use 1 - 1.5 hours to get more from my regular walks. (I don't use this for heavy duty training.) Not sure if I could wear longer comfortably so can't speak to that. For reference, I'm 5'4"

Fits great, doesn’t inhibit workout, great quality. Price is steep but quality costs money.

The Brute Force ULS Athlete Sandbag is amazing. I used a lower priced alternative for a year and it blew out twice, leaked all the time, and even spewed dust when using an alternative filler (pea gravel pulverized itself after repeat use). The Brute Force sandbag is overbuilt without injuring you- no abrasive edges to catch your chest or rip your hands when doing high rep cleans. No weird seams to give you questionable shoulder bruises after doing high rep get ups. The filler systems to solid and takes a beating. Good to know that 60 pounds of sand will fill the filler to near capacity making the Athlete size pretty rigid. If you want a more unstable load while using a filler try the larger size Strongman. Highly recommend.

This is my second purchase from them. Their stuff holds up and is made super well. Lots of ability to adjust based on your needs

Purchased my second sand bag w/ the new filler - great piece of gear. Purchased an additional filler bag as well. Would be good to have an option for the new filler material in various weights as well. Nice add to my vests. Great gear. Thank you.

Fast shipping. Love the vest fits snug no movement on runs or work outs, highly recommend a bit expensive but I have owned cheaper options and this one is far beyond better.

Blueline training plan is exactly what I was looking for. Endurance, cardio and strength wrapped into one training plan.

Cost and quality if shipping reduces the value of the ULS.

Great solid bag. Only grip: i wish there were a handle on the filler bags (easier to weigh and move them around)

Enjoying my product this far. Very versatile and well-made; hardy. Will likely get a bigger one or more weights in the near future. Will definitely recommend this product.

I've been a long term user (and collector) of Brute Force gear. The scout bags I've bought recently are still as great as the original bags I bought back in 2017. Still as versatile, still as challenging still the same top quality as they've ever been. The 3 stars I've given aren't a reflection of the bags - more a reflection of the information on the website. One example - the different load figures given on the website for the scout bag - main scout bag description says 50lb. Another description (barebones bag section - where there's no barebones scout option) gives 30lb. The other thing - Athlete bags - they used to be advertised at 75lb load (and i've run mine at 80lb for ages with no issue) - why have they suddenly lost 25lb of weight limit ? I had tried to contact support to try and sort out the scout bag load information - but didn't really get a straight answer - c'mon guys - sort the information on your website out...

like it......but wish you had a course for women middle aged and older. Some of these shown exercises are a bit much. I'm still trying to figure out how to lift the snadbag onto my shouders!! Any suggestions appreciated.

I have now replaced my old sand-filled bags with Brute Force's sand-free bags. In my opinion, Brute Force is making the best, most ruggedly-built bags on the market. These bags offer all of the shifting weight properties of the first-generation sandbags, without messing around with the sand. A great product all around!

I get a lot of use out of all the training equipment I have purchased from BF. My training friends have also purchased vests and bags and using the app we have great training sessions. We can meet anywhere and train since it is all portable. I feel my fitness is at a high level as a result of the ease of training and the variety of workouts. I

I really enjoy how the vest feels vs a plate carrier. The weight molds to you and doesn’t move. Have used it daily since purchasing it a few weeks ago. I’m happy to spend my money on a made in USA product.
