“so slow!! i was on their most expensive package but couldnt watch anything on iplayer or netflix it would keep freezing and was impossible. then they told me i was using up too much speed and tried charging me extra even though i was on "unlimited" . i am now on virgin cable and its just so much better 100x faster plus cheaper”
