Can you please advise what product you used. Our natural ranges have been carefully formulated without the use of known irritants, drying ingredients, synthetics or chemicals and have no added water. They are full of highly moisturising gentle ingredients with an Aloe Vera base - not water. We only ever hear how moisturising they are from customers including those that suffer from eczema and dermatitis.
