I live hrs away from the nearest big city & it’s hard to get a decent bubble tea. With BBT, I can now make my own BT whenever & however I like it. My nephews appreciate it, too!”
“Excellent overall! The only complaint is that the brown sugar syrup was nearly impossible to open as a little bit had leaked out in transit. The brush for washing the straws of the cup is not long enough to clean the inside from one end of the straw. Otherwise, perfect!”
“The website looks nice and simple, aesthetically pleasing. Easy to order and the checkout process is easy enough. My reason for 3 stars is because of the overall process of the experience from start to finish. The shipping took a while but it's understood as it was shipped to the US. My biggest thing was that the tapioca pearls were missed and didn't arrive with my order. Also, the fructose syrups were leaking in the box, not too major but still leaking. The service rep was helpful but it did take a week before the tapioca pearls were shipped out to complete my order which will take another couple of weeks to get here. Now for the taste, the fruit teas taste great and like the ones from the store, the milk tea was a little lacking in my opinion. Steeping the black tea bag longer didn't give it the flavor profile I would have liked and green tea is downright better.
One major suggestion I would have is maybe sell the kits that include the equipment as well, the cups, stirrers and shaker as its own equipment set or even part of the bubble tea sets. Having it as an option would be great and would make it easier as a one click add kind of thing.”

My last order with Lychee syrup packaged in the tall slim bottles leaked. The white seal under the lid, 3 out of 4 didn’t stay sealed on the bottle and everything was sticky and box wet.”
“I bought the peach tea pack and the rainbow popping pearl pack and OMG!! It took a couple tries to get the right strength for the tea but I've used all the fructose and half of the peach syrup in a week because it was so good! Its so easy to make your own and super convenient plus your saving money by buying these packs instead of going to your local store.
I do wish they did a watermelon syrup as that's the only flavour I buy when getting it from a store but that's the only downfall which is just personal preference. 100% recommend buying from Bubble Tea Club!!!”
“So good! I got the Taro milk tea (delish and creamy!), strawberry fruit tea with strawb popping pearls and black tea (also delish) & brown sugar Pearl milk tea.. haven’t tried that one yet but I bet it’ll be delicious. Oh I got a reusable cup as well. I love the size & the decal ❤️”
“Unfortunately the pearls were tasteless and the tea/ sugar syrup only made like 4 drinks not 10.
The black sugar syrup ( tiger stripe tea drink) was basically just milk and ice, I’ll probably just buy it (black sugar syrup) from coles/ woolies for a fraction of the price.”
“The pearls and tea taste great but I found with the pearls when I put them in the fridge to cool them with the ice water they went harder again and lost their nice chewy texture. Still tasted great though maybe I can cool them faster a different way?”
“My purchase was for a birthday gift. The website was easy to navigate around with excellent product descriptions I was surprised that it arrived within a couple of days of placing the order, packaged correctly and arrived in good condition.

“Love all the products. But the only thing I probably wouldn't buy are the tea bags.
They're so large and it feels like a waste to use one huge tea bag for one cup of bubble tea so I end up using normal tea and it tastes fine.
I save the large teabags for bigger batches.
Otherwise you guys are great! Bubble tea kits make PERFECT gifts :)”
