“Website is visually beautiful and easy to navigate. Range of tea flavours and toppings is great - plenty of options while not overwhelming me with too many choices. The pick-up option was so convenient for me; being able to choose a pick-up time that worked with my schedule was awesome, and luckily for me the store is only 15 minutes walk from my office, so I could go in my lunch break!
The products themselves are also fantastic. Carefully and thoughtfully packaged (in really cute packaging btw), and most importantly, taste GREAT. Just as good as any boba chain if not better, because the recipes can be adjusted to suit anyone's individual tastes!

3 weeks after the order date, I received 2 x Tapioca pearls which was not the correct order.
The order was resent through the CourierPlease who again didn't attempt to deliver the parcel.

“Overall it has been great. Love the Taro and the pearls. The first batch of original milk tea purchased was the best. Better than the shops. But unfortunately the second batch wasn't so great. The tea leaves seems to be from a different supplier and there is a burnt taste to the tea. Disappointed, now I need to somehow drink all this.”
