Would be good if the item description included that the top was reflective or mirror-like because every time I take a sip, it sucks to see my face close-up. I know it's hard to take photos of such a reflective surface but the photos provided, although quality, don't really show that mirror-like quality. Also, maybe include in description that the straw (and maybe cup) is not built for hot water. I don't know about the cup but my straw melted. That said thank you so much for great products.”
