When I received my boba pearls they were crushed (half the pack was dust) and despite emailing BTC to tell them of the issue they never replied. Dissapointing. I've been loving the tea though. I think it would be great if you gave customers the ability to customise kits a little more e.g. I already find certain powders sweet enough so I don't need additional fructose syrup, I already have metal/reusable straws at home so I don't need any paper ones in I think it would just be more ideal to be able to customise and reduce waste as much as possible.”
