“It was lovely to receive the package from BBT Club so quickly. Items were carefully packed and there was no damage. The jellies are lovely and a nice addition to the bubble tea. Instructions were easily followed and the tapioca pearls cooked as we wanted. We are looking forward to being able to order again, to keep our addiction going.”

“Love your products but having a horrible time with the couriers you have sent it with. I ordered three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They initially were going to send it back to you as the driver did not read my address properly and said that there was an insufficient address. I was on the phone with customer service for half an hour trying to get them to send it back. This was on the 21st, its now the 24th and I still haven't received the parcel and haven't heard from them”

“Great value for the amount of serves. Shipping was fast, particularly given the pandemic and lockdown.
My only negative is the brown sugar milk tea comes with tapioca pearls and in the description on the website it states you can swap the tapioca for other topping and coconut jelly is suggested. Left a comment in the notes asking to swap to coconut jelly. When my order arrived there was a handwritten message on the slip next to my note saying "sorry we can't do that". A little frustrating to request what was suggested only to be told they can't do it. I now have a bag of tapioca topping that won't be used.”
