“Unfortunately the pearls were tasteless and the tea/ sugar syrup only made like 4 drinks not 10.
The black sugar syrup ( tiger stripe tea drink) was basically just milk and ice, I’ll probably just buy it (black sugar syrup) from coles/ woolies for a fraction of the price.”

The CourierPlease service didn't attempt to deliver the parcel so the order was resent through Auspost.
3 weeks after the order date, I received 2 x Tapioca pearls which was not the correct order.
The order was resent through the CourierPlease who again didn't attempt to deliver the parcel.
At this point I don't even want it.”

So I actually can’t comment on the product. But the customer service isn’t great in my experience.”
“I honestly can not believe you are asking me for a review, i have been in contact with you as i never received my order, oh sorry i got the cup that i ordered but not the bubble tea pack, pretty sad Christmas day when i had to explain to my son that i ordered a pack at the start of December and didn't receive it and as i said you's know this so please don't ask me to review your product”
“As much as I love the bubble tea, now I am over, I still haven't received anything yet after more than two weeks waiting and total 6 hours on the phone trying to speak to someone can help me find my parcel, I have been told a different story each time, no one knows where is my parcel is.
