“I have this somewhat ‘small obsession’ with bbt. I used to have to drive across town to my fav bbt shop but not anymore. Now I can indulgence anytime I want and I love that I can make my 🤤yummy, yummy bbt tea as sweet as I want (I find the shop bbt is usually too sweet) so I can dial that part down. The quality is top notch (better than shop bought bbt). Plus it is cheaper using a kit than buying from a store each time. The kits are very user friendly and recipes are soooo easy to make. “Had issues with my order where I wanted boba swapped for popping pearls, followed the instructions but the swap was not honoured. It was frustrating given that I had asked for instructions before placing my order. However, I was contacted by Tim when I raised the issue and he solved the issue promptly and was very friendly. Great products and concept - just need to iron out teething issues with the order placement process. Maybe create more options when ordering, rather than having to use the notes section. Also, probably a good idea to contact the customer if their selected items are not available before finalising and shipping the order. :) Overall I'm happy with the end result even though it was frustrating to start out. I will order again as I understand new businesses have these small issues when starting out.”
“I enjoyed the implementation of QR recipes as it reduces paper. I was surprised by the weight of the box due to the brown sugar syrup haha. I was hoping the boba pearls would be in containers (like in the photos) rather than vacuum sealed. I think I ruined the remaining boba pearls.”

“Having seals in the bottles for fructose, syrup, etc would be handy, mostly because after Aust Post juggle the packages around some can leak.
