“The only thing that I struggle with is the shipping, both times that I have purchased from you I have had to chase up where my bubble tea has ended up. I live in regional NSW so perhaps that has something to do with it. I definitely don’t blame you guys, as I totally know it’s the couriers fault.. it’s just a bummer when they don’t offer the same level of service for small regional towns as they do big cities.
