“Loved the strawberry milk and mango green tea flavors. Please introduce coffee flavour! Please also consider environmental packaging like corn packing peanuts that dissolve. Also maybe provide physical recipe cards with the box.”
“We ordered bubble tea as we usually drink it nearly everyday when going out to shops, so easy to make and incredibly delicious. We recommend everyone tries it out! Our favourite we have tried so far is strawberry milk and taro milk tea”

1. Please offer the options to purchase creamer and fructose individually.
2. Making smaller tea bags for the original tea could be a good idea for some people like me who don’t like the tea too strong but also don’t want to waste tea leaves.

“My partner introduced me to bubble tea from Chatime and my dad had took the car beck to qld with him so I was unable to get my bubble tea fix then one day as I was looking online and found bubble tea club and ordered a $125 order and it was amazing once we got it and tried it it lasted a week and I had to order it again $250 ish dollars later my next order came and it was just as good then I ordered a $480 ish order and as I learned they never disappoint and the price is great for that you get and I’ve definitely been recommending bubble tea club to people”
“Very simple to make milk tea at home! The toppings taste pretty good and take the effort out of boiling tapioca. Was well packaged and I love the taste of the honeydew milk tea - strawberry not as much compared to buying it from a bubble tea store. Suggested recipes were easy to follow and make around what a store would sell as a small size. Arrived pretty quick, definitely worth it imo!”
“This is a life changing moment! Bubble tea at home! The only thing that'd be great is if the instructions for the tea were on the pack (or on a card in the package) so I didn't have to keep hitting the website when I needed to make pearls or tea (I guess I'll remember them eventually).”

“I cannot explain how over the moon i am. I live in a tiny town that doesnt have bubble tea. So when i found out i could make my own i jumped at it. There were some hiccups because of the post (no fault of the wonderful company) yet when i contacted them they were prompt apologetic and very helpful which has won me over even more. When it arrived i was excited to try it out. I love the fruit tea with the pearl bursts and cant get enough. And the matcha tea with tapioca pearls made me fall in love with milky teas. I will definitely be a returning customer. 5 stars and 100% satisfied.”
