“I love having a jug of brewed black tea in my fridge, it makes my morning bubble tea so quick and easy to make. I would love an option to not get the fructose in the packs. The flavour syrups taste exactly the same as you get from an expensive shop front. Wish the syrup bottles were bigger and came with a pump nozzle (like coffee syrups). The toppings are just perfect too. This is such a great value for money option for at home bubble tea. Love It!”
“My order arrived really fast and I live in a rural area! I got it within 2 days. The syrups and toppings are delicious the only thing is I think there’s not enough given for larger orders. I bought a 10 pack and half way through I ran out of toppings/syrups. Thankfully the Asian grocers down the road stocks some but just something worth taking on :)”

“Love the varieties, but prices can be a bit pricey if not buying in large amount. I think the Thai milk tea can be a bit better (still not as tasty as ones from the shop), but my partner really likes the fruit teas.
And I'm confused about the creamer - in my first order I got the dairy-free creamer, but in my next order for some reasons the creamer has milk now. There's no notice on the website about the change, is all the creamer has milk now? A notice would be good, considering many people are lactose intolerant.
Also, more sustainable packaging will be great too. Hopefully all your soft plastic containers are recyclable with Red Cycle in Australia.”

I buy the tropical flavour from Chatime so you don’t have an option for me. If you can have something as delicious as topical on the menu it would be a solid 5 stars.”
“Fantastic tasting bubbletea. It tastes even better than store bought teas!! Being able to have bubbletea anytime I want is the absolute best thing ever! I find myself needing to order more supplies every 2-4 weeks because I drink BBT so often! I simply cannot recommend this company more!! The afterpay option really helps 😉”
