“I have been unable to contact this company due to an incorrect order. Website says it no longer exist. Emails are bouncing back. It appears I have been scammed. Buyer beware. Check before you purchase.”
“I am very disappointed. I was very excited to try only to find my order incorrect & I cannot get hold of anyone. No response to my email & now emails are bouncing back - not found. I have been scammed & they have stolen my money. Even the website I cannot find now. Why do you not respond? I will taking this matter further. “The Bubble Tea Club was a total disappointment. The drinks were bland, the tapioca pearls were like chewing on rubber balls, and don't even get me started on the horrible customer service. Save your money and skip this place if you're looking for a decent bubble tea experience. It took me three days to order after it kept deleting what I had put in my basket and at least three weeks to arrive. Will not be going here again.”
“GIFT BUYER BEWARE. Ordered a kit as a gift and several products expired shortly after being received. On contacting the company, was advised they have 3 month shelf life - mine expired within several weeks of being sent hence not an ideal gift. They are also manufactured a year prior so are shipping the oldest stock. They did not offer replacement after advising products did not meet their stated shelf life nor replied after initial response. Do not recommend and will not use this company again.”

Web site states 1-3 days to dispatch not 8. With the postal disruptions and Xmas postal time frames you would think they would be more onto it with their orders.”

“Where do I start- shipping was ok. Lots of different flavours. But....
Before buying, weigh up what your time is worth. Because these drinks take a long time to make. Some recipes > 30 minutes. That's not including the time taken to clean up the various pots and pans required, multiple spoons etc. It would be quicker to get on a plane, fly interstate and buy a BBT than it would be to make one. I'm still here trying to scrub pots from trying to make the Boba. And they aren't the best, despite following instructions.
The green tea has a chemical like taste. Couldn't drink, even with ample flavour syrups.
This is a great idea, but the execution is poor. If you are time poor, please save your money. 20 minutes just to make the Boba, hope you're not thirsty.”
“Deliver what people pay for the first time they order! I’ve just received the rest of my order that was missed a week ago. It is wrong again! Considering your business is based solely around delivering a product to your customers you would think you could get it right the 2nd time”
