How do you get Boarding Passes when you've booked with BudgetAir on a Ryanair flight? When I tried to get them I was directed to Ryanair. But Ryanair didn't recognise the Ref number I got from BudgetAir?
I have made booking via e-ticket on 7/8/2019 but the confirmation ticket was not received by email as below details:-

Why is it that you are quick to answer emails regarding additional costs for changing a ticket or cancelling a ticket, but when asked how much refund I will get, you don't respond?
I wrote to amend a ticket and I clearly gave the dates I wanted to amend the ticket to. I was told it would be 60GBP and told to call to discuss the options. I emailed back to say, that calling was not possible could you email me. I followed up three times with no response. I eventually called to be on hold for ages and then to be told it wasn't possible to amend my ticket for the dates I had requested, the latest dates would be one month earlier. Why was I not told this in the beginning?
I then emailed to ask about cancelling the return section (currently used). I got a response quickly to say over 100GBP. I accept that but I wrote back to ask what refund after the fee I would get. Surprise, surprise, not response yet. Why are you quick to answer when it involves the customer paying you more money but not the other way around. BUK-11121922 - I am waiting for your reply.
