“This is the 2nd Buell wetsuit I’ve owned and I have say that someone taught the wetsuit craftsman some secrets about how Velcro should work.
Im constantly mesmerized by the sticknesss of the Velcro they use. I’m up in ocean beach San Francisco. And always talking Buell up way more than O’Neil when it comes to wetties!!

“I’ve surfed twice in this 4/3 full suit since buying it, 60 degree water with booties and I was nice and warm. Female, athletic build, 125lb, 5’0”, size 4 fit great. Make sure to close Velcro when done or it will stick to the inside of your suit.”

“Bought a 4/3 for my 8 year old son. Thing is snug, which makes getting it on him a challenge, but the wool lining is keeping him very warm. Make sure you consult the size chart if buying for a child.”

“The person who helped me absolutely changed my opinion of Buell as a company after the disaster I dealt with from the store I purchased my wetsuit from. The store gave me a hard time and the run around after a suit purchased from them ripped on the seems and I had only used the suit a handful of times. The store would not exchange the suit even though the person who sold me the suit was present and I had my receipt. This was very frustrating and the scene they caused was truly unbelievable and unprofessional. Ultimately I contacted Buell and the customer service person worked with me on getting a new suit and change my mind from deciding to never purchase from Buell again to now having a positive experience and opinion of Buell as a company. This was the second suit I bought from Buell that tore on the seams and I also have one other suit from Buell that is great with no issues. The customer service rep helped me get a suit that was actually better in quality and that was refreshing. Unfortunately there was not any suits available in the color I previously had which was gray and black so I settled on all black which is not a choice I would typically make but that was all that was available. Regardless the service was top notch and i commend the rep who helped me because if not for them
I would never consider buying another suit from Buell but going forward when I need a replacement for my short arm long legged 2mm suit that ripped I will certainly buy another Buell suit to replace the one that ripped. I never received a shipping label to send back the full suit that ripped on the seams so if I can get that I will ship my ripped suit back to you. Again great customer service that honestly shocked me and at the same time was greatly appreciated and better than any company I have ever dealt with so hats off to you and especially the rep who helped me. Thank you!”
