“Peg board good quality. Communication very good. I asked for delivery before a certain time as I would be out. The courier's app was rubbish. Didn't show where the courier was or updates. They dumped it over my fence while I was in the house. Didn't knock or call me as other courier's do. I'd suggest changing delivery company as they influence the whole experience.”

“Sorry but I have to say I Did not receive my order & I’m still waiting for my refund. Communication between staff doesn’t appear to be great as I was told different things about my order when I phoned to inquire.”

“Bought some cut plywood. Was first told it was out of stock and they’d ring me back when it was in stock. They rang a week later, I ordered it and received an email the following day saying my order had been picked and despatched for delivery. A week later I had received nothing so I rang to check and was told the material was in stock but was now out of stock and hadn’t been despatched. I then received an email that they were having trouble with the courier. I cancelled my order and received a refund but then received an email that my order had been despatched and would be with me the following day. It didn’t arrive thankfully as I had already purchased elsewhere. I think this company needs to work on its internal processes and review the automatic emails it generates. Also carriage prices very high, nearly £50 for a 25kg lot.”
