I ordered on 6th April and was quoted 3 to 10 working days for delivery. It is now 21st April and still nothing has appeared. The “helpline” was never answered with no means of leaving a message and it took several days for anyone to reply to my email. The worst company I have had to deal with... probably ever! Useless!!

Ordered over two weeks ago, no update, no response to my email. I had to ring to find out where it is but was only able to be told it is in the system but hasn’t been dispatched yet and I could receive it this week sometime. I could have gone elsewhere and had it right now. Terrible experience. My customers wouldn’t put up with this customer service. Couldn’t even get through to customer service so spoke to someone from Sales. You guys need to do better because there are firms out there that are really good at this.

Such awful service and support. Having quoted up to 10 days to deliver, it took much longer. Then was "lost" and "expedited" replacement took ages. I then cancelled the order as too late, yet they still delivered 2 days later, with damage, shoddy packing.

It’s been several weeks since I ordered some timber and I have rang twice to check when it will be delivered. I was given a tracking number yesterday for Tuffnells and it’s not recognised. So I have no idea where my timber is.

Very poor from the sales experience through to the dealings with the near non existent customer service, would never recommend!

Placed an order last part of March and it was supposed to be in stock. Email to say it was dispatched. A week later I got an email to say it was out of stock and would be another week. That was 3 weeks ago. No reply to emails and no one answering the phone! Has the company gone bust? Have I lost my money?

We ordered 2 items , sheets of corrugated plastic roofing and the fittings . Plastic sheeting came are 10 days but not fittings. Contacted them and was told they would chase it up . Next thing we heard was an email telling us that they were pleased that Tufnell had delivered them. THEY HADNT so I replied immediately, no further reply , no communication , no delivery , no refund . POOR SERVICE , WONT USE AGAIN !

Order lost by courier apparently, no communication until I rang to ask where my order was, then told item out of stock even though still showing as in stock on the website.

I still haven’t had my order and I have rang three times and get told the same thing each time.. one item isn’t in stock so I agree to change for one similar and told my deliver will be out. Iv heard nothing again and it’s been well over three weeks now

The worst service I have ever had. No communication or tracking supplied when the order was shipped. Only half my order arrived, and they are not interested in communicating when or if the remainder will arrive.

So far my order is over two weeks late, there’s no way for making contact and no one has called or email with an explanation! Then today I’m email saying my order has been delivered and I’m asked how my order was! Well I’m yet to receive it!

Suggest you send a survey after delivery 🚚 Friday 26th not even had delivery notification nor goods Decided to lower the rating to the lowest possible as no one will respond to emails or phone calls completely unacceptable do not deserve custom on this performance

Brilliant Price and in the end we got delivery in good time. But there was zero communication regarding delivery, no order tracking, no advice that it's shipped, no advice that it's been delivered, no one answers the phone, no response to email. Ok, they eventually emailed saying their email system was down. But how about the phone? I tried calling every department. No answer. In an industry where deadlines are paramount this is unacceptable. I required further materials since order delivery, unfortunately I preferred to pay more elsewhere and be certain I'll get good delivery service.

Placed my order for items in stock only to be told a week later that the item wasn't in stock and didn't know when it would be. They returned my money very quickly
