“I’ve paid almost £50 for delivery and almost a month later I still haven’t received my goods. I was contacted 2 weeks ago saying the product was out of stock and would be delivered last week if I was prepared to wait. Still to this moment I have no clue what is happening and the proactive communication is terrible. Very poor customer service”

“Packaging damaged on delivery. One board damaged corner, one board with two inch circular saw mark. Two stars because the bits that are undamaged seem good quality (and thus value for money IF all 4 items had been received perfect).”

“Delivery of sheets was poor. Advised to leave with house opposite but courier left outside porch in the rain. Half of the mdf sheets had watermarks”
