“Placed an order last part of March and it was supposed to be in stock. Email to say it was dispatched. A week later I got an email to say it was out of stock and would be another week. That was 3 weeks ago. No reply to emails and no one answering the phone! Has the company gone bust? Have I lost my money?”

“We ordered 2 items , sheets of corrugated plastic roofing and the fittings . Plastic sheeting came are 10 days but not fittings. Contacted them and was told they would chase it up . Next thing we heard was an email telling us that they were pleased that Tufnell had delivered them. THEY HADNT so I replied immediately, no further reply , no communication , no delivery , no refund . POOR SERVICE , WONT USE AGAIN !”

“Having trouble with my card, it transpired that I ordered 2 instead of 1,and this was picked up by your order department, very good work. The only thing that I noticed was as I picked 2 items, I was charged 2 postage fees, but the item's arrived in one package.”
