“I have given 5 stars even though the delivery I received was one item missing. The reason for this is because the mistake was on behalf of the delivery people. They 'Lost' a full size sheet of MDF. I was very impressed with the way Builders Marketplace reacted to the missing item. They replaced it with incredible efficiency, respect and couldn't do more to correct the error. After Sales in this county can be rather poor at times, but not with Builders Marketplace.”

“Unhappy with product condition. The hardboard arrived marked and damaged with only one of the two sheets cut to size. There a grease marks on the shiny side and the edges are damaged. In addition the shiny side has damage from tape being stuck onto it and then removed. I am very disappointed.”

“I placed my order and it arrived in 14 days (they said 10-14 days), the wood was well packed however, I never got any dispatch/tracking details/reply to my email and one piece of plywood was very badly cupped (it was sent as a single sheet, so maybe that is why). It is a very cheap service, so you get what you pay for.”
