“Happy with my product and the service I received. Slight delay as the stock was damaged in warehouse so they didn't send it out but contacted me instead to check a delay was OK whilst they replaced their damaged stock. Good customer service.”

“I recently had a purchase that was unfortunately damaged on delivery. After speaking with the sales team, I was offered a partial refund as I can still use most of it. Would use again as material was still good to work with.”

“Service was brilliant from start to finish. We were struggling to get the decking boards we needed anywhere in Scotland so ordered from here. Was a bit apprehensive about delivery being between 3-10 days but as promised the wood arrived within the week and at a very reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend and use again”

“The plywood was damaged on 2 corners. It looked like it had been roughly handled in transit. The packaging was not robust enough. Fortunately I needed a slightly smaller size so cut off the damaged pieces. Other than that website and ordering were great.”
