“Ordered a sample of composite cladding which didn't arrive. Rang them up and they resent another immediately which was received the following day. Credit to the company for acknowledging the issue and resolving it straight away.”

“Ordered some 4ftx4ft sheets of 12mm & 18mm Baltic ply. Quick delivery. Sheets were very clean and flat with only a couple butterfly patches on one side (hardly visible) Ie one side completely clear. sheets were individually packed in cardboard with corner protectors. (Unlike some others!) Would have been a 5 star rating- but initial delivery was one sheet short. This was easily sorted with friendly helpful customer service and errant sheet turned up very quickly after that. WILL be buying more.”

“Unfortunately due to a breakdown the delivery was delayed by 2 days. The customer service team were very helpful and pleasant. My item was , fortunately, delivered on the Saturday but the team had offered a replacement had it not arrived by the Monday. The delay was not the fault of builders marketplace.”
