“Hi, After my first purchase of Manthrope drop down loft door on 13/07/18, with the help of Brian, then my second purchase of 4 moisture resistance 600mmX1200mm loft floor board on 27/07/18 with the help of Tracy i was well pleased with the quality, low price and friendly staff. As an added bonus i got a free cup of hot chocolate and a bag of free BBQ charcoal. The best bit is still to come, and that its a drive through builders warehouse. How amazing!!!!. As far as i know the first one of its kind.”

“Ordered 3 lengths of upstand , called to collect , the ones first offered was that far warped I rejected them , then given another 3 lengths which were in useable condition , upon getting them back to the job noticed 2 lengths where the pattern ordered the other completely different , had to return the next evening to change the wrong one , was then offered another warped length to replace again rejected that only to find out the previously rejected lengths are all the stock left , had to settle for the best one of the 3 and struggle to fit it due to warp”

“I have found with my recent ordering of building materials that the most important part is customer service. Yes the product ordered must be of a quality to use, but i think that is expected. Otherwise why order. The customer service element ensures you come back. Even when items were delayed i didn’t have to chase or make contact to find the status of things. I found dealing with built was a much simpler and less stressful than other competitors including Selvobw and parent company TP”

“Ordered online and had great communication throuh out , 1 bag cement damaged but had it noted and credited, driver was great and best sand I have used and at a great price. Best part you can choose a time slot to suit, highly recomend to everyone.”
