“Great value on a wide range of stuff especially when you collect. Staff seem friendly and getting them to load the van is a massive help. Can only hope this is the future of the merchants and hope they will expand the range so I can use them more.”

“After previous trouble with a delivery Built were very prompt and generous by resolving my issue quickly and giving me a massive £50 voucher to apologise for the mishap! Used the voucher straight away and their service and delivery was then flawless. Refreshing to have a company that makes you feel like you and your order are important! Can’t recommend high enough!”

“Experienced wonderful customer service but unfortunately have been let down twice on the order. Awaiting thermal boards. Didn’t arrive Tuesday and again didn’t arrive Thursday. Very disappointing but fortunately my plaster has been delayed by two days.”

“Excellent in-house service and subsequent delivery, exceptionally clean premises and yard and the availability of being able to load up most goods under cover is a master-stroke. Next time I visit, I shall remember to forego breakfast and take advantage of the on-site catering facilities..”
