“I am a first and last time customer of Built! The reason I used Built was for the guaranteed delivery slot. I am sure you can understand my frustration when you delivered my order four and a half hours late! When trying to phone your call centre I was put on hold and then transferred to voice mail. Very poor service and very disappointed customer. Please refund the delivery charge as requested.”

“I have been a couple of times to built now, with my husband and on my own. I don't always know the name of the product I need. But after explaining to the customer service advisors they are very helpful and spend time ensuring I get the right product. The guy that normally deals with us is always very patient and they are very polite, which is not always the case with such companies. I can't praise them enough.”
