“First time with ordering with BUILT and was quite impressed with the delivery time, I asked for a 7-9 delivery and the chap was there at 5 to 7 the next day allowing me to get on with the job in hand.”

So sorry to hear that Clive. I've personally looked into your order and can only apologise for the issues you encountered. I could make excuses due to the truck breaking down etc but the buck stops with us. We're gutted to let any customer down. I can only assure you that we take this feedback incredibly serious and will strive to never let this issue happen again. Regards James

“So easy ordered on line click an collect. Choose pick up time that suited me. Drove in to the alloted bay greeted by friendly staff who then sorted my order out .put them into car drove home. Will be using again and told friends about it.”

“I have had various dealing s with Built over the past two weeks (face to face, by phone and on web chat) and I have to say that the customer service is impecable. There have been a few follow up emails/calls to check on how I felt about the service - maybe a little too much but I have always been keen to leave good feedback.”
