“As a 68 yr old pensioner, I can sometimes find new systems confusing... ! I'd used two other Local suppliers previously, not knowing about "Built". Then, while browsing the internet for an 1/2" Router, I found the "Built" site, and discovered how local it was to my home (about 3 miles away). I went down to "Built" the very next day, bought my 1/2" Router, the staff were absolutely wonderful, they helped me through the purchasing system with total ease. I will definitely recommend "Built" to all builders and my friends.”

“My first order was delivered a little late but management were very helpful in giving me the £50 credit they promise when delivering late. The goods appeared to be up to standard, though i have to say some of the timbers were bow. overall i would say the service and goods are acceptable and the price is very good”

“Wow, I was very impressed with BUILT! Excellent range of products at good value prices. The service was very efficient, I loved the organisation and process of the local branch collection. Status of the orders shown on screen, right down to car registration, then to a specified loading point and out in minutes. Excellent all round, BUILT really stand out from he crowd, I'll definitely be back soon!”
