“overall poor experience, was let down massively by one of the forklift drivers who started to yell at me because I had my cigarette lit. Said I needed to go outside the gates because the sign said so. Went outside the gates and there was no sign to forbid smoking. The guy was Polish and when I returned he kept saying "Curva" to his colleague while looking at me. That's quite disgusting and disappointing. Also moved very slow and had a bad attitude.”

Hi Bogdan, Whilst our branch is no smoking there is no excuse for any sort of rudeness from our staff. This will be thoroughly investigated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. “Had a voicemail left at the time of my collection slot asking me to call the branch as there was a problem with my order, which I did however no-one returned my call. I decided to go to the branch anyway to see if my order was ready but it hadn’t been picked for collection. One of the products was out of stock. Then items were left off my order so I was waiting for over 15 minutes while staff hunted down items that were showing as in stock but in fact weren’t. Not the best experience this time around.”

“Realised I needed to top up my wall plugs supply. Ordered late in the evening with a pick up slot arranged for 9-10am on my way to my job. Found the ordering process so easy realised I needed new PPE coat. And then on top of excellent service I could have a breakfast bap on the company AND a 20% discout on all my orders on pick up! Now that’s what I call service I will now consider BUILT and it’s extensive catalogue when I need materials and tools. They are right for the job.., thanks guys !”

“It was so easy to pick up the order, when you enter the goods yard, theres a reg reader that directs you to clearly marked bays . and the lads promptly loaded the car. and away we went with in ten minutes ...can nt believe how easy and efficient it was .”

“Prices are great and the click and collect system is excellent. Register your car when ordering and when you drive in the screen shows you've arrived and where you need to be. Coffee is drinkable and free. There is a but and that is check your order; really, print out the order list and take it and a pen with you. My order had several mistakes including one pipe clip and not 1 pack of 100 clips. Will definitely use them again.”
